Ce livre est le fruit de près de trente années d'expérience en notre qualité d'Enseignant à l'Éducation nationale et Formateur dans diverses autres structures. À cheval entre les enseignement secondaire et supérieur, et dans des écoles privées d'enseignement supérieur (ENOES, EFFICOM, SCIENCES U, ACE EXPERT, ECOGES), nous avons publié la première édition en 2009. Dix ans plus tard, nous avons pris le soin de réactualiser cet ouvrage force et vigueur.Le problème de fond reste entier. Il s'agit bien de l'inspection pédagogique qui apparaît le plus souvent comme une épreuve redoutable pour la plupart des enseignants, notamment si c'est dans le cadre d'une titularisation. Que l'on soit stagiaire, débutant ou expérimenté, il est rare que l'on accepte une inspection de gaité de coeur dès qu'on vous l'annonce. Les principaux leviers de succès étudiés dans ce livre ne sont malheureusement pas connus de tous les enseignants. C'est cette méconnaissance qui est souvent la cause des inspections ratées et des dissensions entre professeurs et inspecteurs et qui dégénèrent parfois en conflit ouvert. C'est la première fois qu'un livre traite ce sujet encore brûlant. Nous avons abordé à la fois les principaux leviers d'une inspection réussie, de la pédagogie, de la didactique. Les outils technologiques TICE sont développés dans un autre ouvrage intitulé Les approches numériques de la pédagogie . Il est un complément nécessaire à celui-ci notamment, pour ceux qui souhaiteraient mettre en oeuvre les TICE dans leur classe. Nous avons proposé les voies de recours en cas de conflit. Nous sommes convaincu que ce livre reste un manuel de référence. C'est une bouée de survie qui vous permettra d'avoir une gestion maitrisée de votre classe, de bien gérer l'espace du tableau, de préparer méthodiquement vos différentes fiches pédagogiques et déjouer le jour J, tous les petits tours d'inspection souvent redoutés.
