Prin revizuirea Teoriei Relativitatii, din aceasta dispare partea frapanta, senzationala, adica cele doua concepte privind relativitatea timpului si spatiului. De asemenea, prin revizuirea teoriei relativitatii dispare limitarea oricarei viteze la valoarea c, viteza luminii in vid. Teoria revizuita a relativitatii este o teorie a relativitatii masei si a miscarii materiei sub forma de camp, spre deosebire de mecanica clasica, in care masa este constanta (masa de repaus) si este constituita din substanta. Astfel, teoria revizuita a relativitatii pastreaza tot ce era valoros si util in teoria relativitatii restranse a lui Einstein si totodata este in concordanta cu rezultatele experientelor si observatiilor astronomice efectuate pana in prezent.

Ilie BELU s-a nascut in 1936, in comuna Spineni, judetul Olt. In 1970 obtine diploma de inginer cu nota maxima, la Institutul Politehnic din Bucuresti. Timp de 26 de ani lucreaza ca inginer mecanic proiectant. Este interesat de explicarea unor fenomene naturale pe care fizica nu reusise sa le explice in mod satisfacator. Studiaza si formuleaza o teorie proprie cu privire la generarea campului magnetic de catre corpurile ceresti. Rezultatele acestui studiu sunt publicate, in anul 2000, in lucrarea "Magnetismul solar si magnetismul planetar." Lucrarea de fata incearca sa explice existenta unor fenomene fizice care pot mentine constanta viteza luminii, fara a mai fi necesara relativitatea timpului si a spatiului. De aici si Revizuirea teoriei relativitatii a lui Einstein.
