Quelles actions doivent être entreprises pour fournir les services et les services souhaités par la majorité des utilisateurs. Des questions telles que le protocole souhaité pour utiliser le réseau, la vitesse du réseau et, surtout, les questions de sécurité du réseau, doivent être soigneusement examinées. Après avoir présenté les définitions de base, nous avons essayé de fournir des informations sur les applications pratiques, afin de faciliter la prise de décision.
