Fresh off of his victory over the galaxy's greatest and most ancient foes, the extra-dimensional dragons, the boy-king Richard is ready for a break. Unfortunately for Richard, other enemies, such as the power-hungry Spartacus family, wait in the wings. Even worse, tensions between humans and non-humans have reached the boiling point throughout the kingdom, and it won't take much to tip the galaxy into civil war. Richard will soon find that he's sitting on a powder keg-and the fuse is about to run out.

War Erupts is the thrilling fourth volume in the Richard series, a galaxy-spanning coming-of-age epic of romance, action, and adventure.

Hickman, Michael W.: -

Michael Hickman currently lives in the hills of Ohio, where he works as an IT manager, programmer, and network administrator. In his off time, he can usually be found hunched over his keyboard, pounding out his next novel, or taking care of his two rescue dogs, Max, a Great Dane mix, and Bruce, a Beagle.

In addition to writing, Michael enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with his two sons and four grandkids. He's also into genealogy, which led him to discover not only that his family roots extend back to the early settlers of Ohio, but that he's related to Samuel Clemens and Zane Grey.
