When Betty Jean was diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time, she realized she needed to explore additional options beyond her medications. Determined to find a way to reverse her diagnosis, she began researching a multi-faceted approach to healing.

This is the story of her remarkable journey - an engaging and informative blend of memoir and self-help that emphasizes the importance of an integrative approach to cancer treatment and overall well-being. Aucoin, Betty Jean: - Betty Jean Aucoin is an educator, wellness coach, author, and entrepreneur living with stage IV breast cancer. A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University, she has thirty-one years of experience as a teacher, principal, coordinator of professional learning, and adjunct professor. She also founded Aucoin Leadership Consulting to offer leadership sessions across Canada. As a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, she promotes resilience and overall well-being through her blog, Living Life Over Cancer. An avid cook and traveller, she shares stories and recipes from her adventures. Betty Jean lives in beautiful Nova Scotia with her husband, Raymond, and their dog, Tavis.
