Truman, Patricia Peper: - Patricia Truman has presented us with another soulful and insightful book of poetry, "Roses in the Lemon Tree," a dedication to her beloved mother. Patricia recalls, as a child, her mother tending the garden as the roses wrapped themselves around the lemon tree amid her flowering plants. She learned from her mother the lessons that the earth and her garden had to teach. These are some of the reflections in this beautiful and insightful book.After many years of writing published articles in newspapers and meditations for Creative Thought Magazine, she released her first book in 2022, "Mystic Cloud Walker." Patricia, an ordained minister, was a speaker and prayer practitioner for Centers for Spiritual Living where she taught classes and performed ceremonies and Sacred Circles. She is also a successful businesswoman who has been given many awards throughout her 42+ year career. Her most cherished is the 2008 Realtor of the Year award which was an acknowledgement of being held in high esteem by her peers. As an escrow officer, she was pivotal in the success of helping start an escrow company. She is also a personal investor and active community supporter.She has a robust and growing family which includes ten grandchildren, twenty-one great-grands, and two great-great- grands. With her ever-growing tribe who she dearly loves, she relishes being a mentor and supporter to all, a soul-satisfying experience.
