Else, Thomas A.: - Thomas A. Else, J.D. is a member of the justice studies and paralegal adjunct faculty at the College of DuPage and an associate judge in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of DuPage County, Illinois. Prior to becoming a judge, he worked as a prosecutor in Cook County and then practiced civil and criminal litigation at his own firm. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Process while in law school. He has written numerous articles published in DCBA Brief, Illinois State Bar Association, Family Law, and Illinois Bar Journal.
