Nature is universal and each one of us has free access to enjoy it, learn from it and experience it through our five senses. Similarly, this author wants everyone to have access to this RUMERTIME Affirmation Coloring and Activity book so they can enjoy, learn and experience the strategies and skills taught in this book.
EVERYTIME is RUMERTIMEYour Affirmation Coloring and Activity book can be used at home, before bedtime, when you wake up, on lunch breaks, during family mealtimes, at church, school, morning meetings, mindfulness activities, meditation moments, work, play, as a psychosocial prevention/intervention strategy, after-school programs, summer camps, and many other diverse settings and situations.

COLORING The act of coloring activates multiple areas of your brain and encourages you to engage your hands or feet (in some cases) and your senses of sight and touch. It gives you the opportunity to create pictures in the way you envision them in your mind. The colors you choose are neither good, nor bad, right nor wrong, they are your imaginations set free.
DRAWINGThe act of drawing is another avenue for self-expression. It provides you with an opportunity to tell your story without judgment. It allows you to find a safe space for healthy expression and organized reflection as you move toward inter and intrapersonal balance.

GUIDED JOURNALINGThe RUMERTIME Process has five steps which in the Cultivating SEEDS System(TM) we call Plots (RUMER). Each Plot consists of four Rows (TIME). These Plots and Rows have prompt statements and questions to help you effectively relate to self, others, and situations so that you can successfully navigate interpersonal and intrapersonal challenges and thus live the best version of your life.
I first and foremost thank God for choosing this project for me to bring to the marketplace. It is indeed a privilege and an honor to live and work in my divine purpose. I am happily married to Mr. Irwin Larrier. He has the patience of a saint, and I thank God for him daily. His love and support are priceless. I thank him for his support. I am the Founding Director of GCSCORED, Inc. and an Associate Professor and Chair of Counseling & Human Services Department at Indiana University South Bend. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified School Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and an Employee Assistance Specialist-Clinician. I am also the founder of the Journal of Global Engagement and Transformation (JGET). The official trans-disciplinary, blind peer reviewed, electronic publication of GCSCORED, Inc. The JGET is a fully Open Access peer-reviewed journal in line with the SHERPA/RoMEO green policy rating. I am a passionate, innovative researcher-practitioner and I utilize my 30 plus years in the field of counseling/mental health, social work, and education to transform lives and create safer communities. I am a longstanding advocate for the marginalized and those who feel invisible and voiceless. I collaborate with stakeholders to combine innovative, transformative and practical methods to existing practices to create solutions that are effective and indigenous to the contexts in which I am journeying. Out of my diverse counseling/mental health professional experiences comes several of my professional maxims, one of which is "Every Piece Matters." This maxim is the tagline for GCSCORED, Inc. and it is also the engine that drives the mission of GCSCORED, which is "To transform lives and create safer communities." I developed the RUMERTIME process(TM) in 2015-2016 while on sabbatical. During this time I have been facilitating RUMERTIME(TM) workshops and trainings locally and globally for individuals of all ages and in diverse settings.
