Es ist Ziel des vorliegenden Buches, eine - kommentierte - Darstellung der zentralen Inhalte der Neufassung des IDW S 6 als Standard für die Erstellung von Sanierungskonzepten zu geben. Anschlie end werden die wesentlichen Änderungen gegenüber der Vorgängerversion aufgezeigt, ehe herausgearbeitet wird, welche Abweichungen in der Praxis bei kleinen und mittelgro en Unternehmen vorgenommen werden dürfen. Denn auch die Sanierungskonzepte kleinerer und weniger komplexer Unternehmen haben bestimmten Mindestanforderungen zu genügen. Das vorliegende Buch ist eines der wenigen Werke, die sich bereits mit der Neufassung des IDW S6 als Grundlage für Sanierungsgutachten auseinandersetzen.

Alexander Sprick, Jahrgang 1973, absolvierte nach Abitur und Berufsausbildung ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, das er 2001 als "Diplom-Kaufmann" abschloss. Von 2001 bis 2007 war er in verschiedenen Positionen für Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Beratungsgesellschaften, darunter die beiden internationalen Häuser Arthur Andersen und KPMG, tätig. Im Anschluss daran übernahm er Führungspositionen als Leiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, kaufmännischer Leiter sowie CFO bei zwei mittelständischen Unternehmen. Sprick ist Autor mehrerer steuerrechtlicher Fachbeiträge.
