Diese stehen neben VHDL-AMS Beispielen auf der Springer Homepage zur Verf�gung.

Neu ist ein Kapitel zur Schaltungsintegration, in dem in die Vorgehensweise, in die physikalischen Grundlagen und in die Besonderheiten des Entwurfs integrierter Schaltungen (Full Custom IC Design) eingef�hrt wird. Zahlreiche Beispiele zeigen die Praxis des IC Designs mit Hilfe des Entwurfstools MICROWIND.

Professor Dr. Johann Siegl, studierte Elektrotechnik am Polytechnikum in München und an der TU Berlin. Von 1979 bis 1982 Entwicklungstätigkeit bei Siemens; 1982 - 2011 Professor für Schaltungstechnik und Hochfrequenztechnik an der FH Nürnberg; von 1985 bis 1987 Leiter des "Zentrums für angewandte Mikroelektronik - ZAM e.V.", ab 1987 Aufbau und Leitung des "Anwenderzentrums Nürnberg - AZN"; 1997 Gründung der Descon GmbH und Übernahme des AZN; Geschäftsführer bis zur Übernahme durch Mentor Graphics, USA; 1984 IEEE Microwave Prize von der IEEE-MTT Society, USA.

Prof. Dr. Edgar Zocher, studierte Elektrotechnik an der Universität des Saarlandes. Von 1983 bis 1989 Forschungstätigkeit und Promotion am Lehrstuhl für Elektronik an der Universität des Saarlandes; von 1989 bis 1993 Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeit im Bereich BiCMOS Schaltungsentwurf (Full Custom IC Design) bei der Firma TEMIC Microelectronics; seit 1993 Professor für Schaltungstechnik, Rechnergestützten Schaltungsentwurf und Mikroelektronik an der Hochschule Nürnberg.
