Austin is currently retired and lives in the mountain of Poughquag, NY, near the Appalachian Trail. He is a humanist who appreciates that science pervades every discipline. He enjoys tennis, writing, fun, humor, thinking, sleeping, poetry, music, dining, romance, reading, swimming and life.
