Seasons of Awakening is an exuberant collection of inspirational poems. These writings reflect Deborah Wilson Mells's faith in God to comfort, guide and direct her path in every season of life. p>

Mells used her "Awe of My King" as the impetus for her spiritual and comforting collection. Each poem is thought provoking. The collection consist of poems that express hope, wonder, love, faith, joy and peace.

Mells divides her work into sections, including "Like Clay in the Hand of the Potter," "The Awakening," "Healing from Within," "No More Limits," "Dare to Believe," "Into the Arms of a Loving Father," "Sustaining Power of God," and "Awesome Wonders." She concludes with "The Incomparable Love of God."

In addition to her poetry, Mells includes thoughts to ponder. In these, she uses the Word of God and her own experiences to show the spiritual meaning of her work. Each poem gives you a new message to understand and share.

Mells recognizes that her spiritual journey is not over yet. She has had many seasons of awakening, but there are many more seasons to go, and she can't wait to see what God has in store for her next.

Deborah Wilson Mells has always loved reading and writing poetry. Mells found writing as a means of self-expression, reflection and healing.

After her mother died, she was raised by her grandmother, Sarah Gallon-Haywood, whose faith shone bright. Mells' grandmother taught her about God's love and His faithfulness. Mells learned to overcome life's difficulties through faith in God, courage and perseverance. Her favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6.

Mells combined her deep devotion with her creative talents to write beautiful and soul-stirring poems. She believes in this season, God wants her to share these poems to empower, evoke and strengthen others.

Deborah Wilson Mells is an author, teacher, spiritual leader and motivational speaker. Mells is a devoted wife to Al and mother to Chanedra, Andre, and AJ. She is on the pastoral staff at her local church and in addition to ministering, she also hosts workshops, and other events that empower God's people.

Mells' commitment to helping others have contributed to a successful career in service-oriented positions. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. She enjoys serving both her church and larger community.
