About The Author

Minal Arora's background in IT and then holistic healing entitled her to a unique perspective towards life and relationships. She believes spirituality is not a concept reserved for the elite. Infact 'connecting with one's spirit' not only presents one with a new way of dealing with this day to day life but also brings them more peace and joy through work, relationships, body and mind. She reckons the universe's logic once tapped into, is the key to unfolding mysteries that have a potential to keep one in engaged and blissful.Minal passionately conveys her learnings of life through the Serenity Surrender(SS) healing workshop she conducts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
