In 2019, Tory closed her agency and decided to take her passion for empowering others to the next level and founded Powerful Steps, an online community and platform that helps women take control of their careers and reach their full potential. Through Powerful Steps, Tory nurtures and encourages C-suite level women to own their stories, step into their power, and take their careers to the next level.
