Mike Demmig, Jahrgang 1982, ist zertifizierter IHK-Projektleiter und studierte Buchhandel und Verlagswirtschaft an der HTWK in Leipzig. Er verfasste diese Studienarbeit zusammen mit Stephanie Jordan im 4. Fachsemester im Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement. Gemeinsam übernahmen sie die Projektleitung in der Organisation des "Kleinverlegertages". Ihr beider Ziel war es, erstmalig ein Projekthandbuch für die strategische Projektplanung des Studiengangs zu erstellen. Inhaltlich leistet diese Arbeit nach Ansicht der Autoren einen gewichtigen Beitrag zur Erstellung von "Qualitätsrichtlinien in studentischer Projektarbeit" ganz im Sinne des Hochschulentwicklungsplans. Im Ergebnis dieser Studienarbeit erhalten die Studierenden und der leitende Professor ein wertvolles Arbeitsmittel an die Hand, das nachhaltig zur organisatorischen Ausgestaltung und Qualitätssicherung studentischer Projektarbeit dienen kann.
