About The Author

Deb Dutcher spent 20 years in a stressful high-tech career. She lost everything -- a thirty-year marriage, son, home, livelihood and her health. She turned it all around and, at age 62, flaunts a toned body in a bikini on the beaches of Hawaii. A Certified Integrative Health Coach, "Sexy, Lean and Strong after 50!" is Deb's first book, written after her own experience rising up from despair and depression to embracing a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, exercise and self-care. Deb's mission is to inspire other high-powered individuals, ignoring their bodies or taking them for granted, to stop and recognize they need to make changes, make themselves and their health a priority and get off "Mad-Body Mountain". Deb is a featured expert writer for e-magazine, "Wealthy Woman", where she writes on healthy aging.
