With my twin sister and I having been rejected at birth, followed by years of mental and emotional neglect, with no scope for expression of the pain, I was left with this deep need to express my innermost thoughts and feelings. My aspiration is that after reading this book, you will have gained enough insight, to understand that mental illnesses are in fact brain disorders, and that the time has come for us to shed some light on this very important subject.
