She was among the first graduating class from Stanford's Executive HR Certification Program with the Graduate School of Business in 1994. Willer achieved the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional Certified Coach more than 15 years ago and recently gained the SHRM-SCP credential from the Society of Human Resource Management. She also holds a certification in Individual and Organizational Coaching from the Hudson Coaching Institute and a B.S. in Organizational Development/Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
