Martin holds a Master of Science (MBA) from Cumbria University, a post graduate Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology, an Advanced Certificate in Sport Psychology for high performance athletes development & he is a member of the Canadian Chartered Coaches (ChPc). He has had the experience of scouting for European clubs in the past 10 years, with an objective of a mentor approach. He now transfers years of soccer experiences to young players through Soccer Talisman & S.D.M Group (soccer-life Canada).
