Bibhudatta Sahoo, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. Brojo Kishore Mishra, PhD, is Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology University, Gunupur, Odisha, India.
