About The Author

Gord Tallas is widely recognized as an expert in project management by his peers and those organizations where he has consulted. His background is in creating and managing software plans for custom applications that are contractually constrained to a fixed price and fixed delivery date. Gord has taken this knowledge and honed his skills in creating hundreds of plans and reviewing hundreds more to provide education and mentoring to all levels within an IT organization, as well as the user community. Gord is married with three children who keep him busy with their ice and roller hockey activities.
