Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Informatik - Software, Note: 6,0, Schule für Gestaltung Bern und Biel, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Thema dieser Diplomarbeit habe ich gewählt, um der Finalsolution GmbH (nachfolgend FS genannt) die Einführung eines Systems zur Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit zu erleichtern. Die Thematik Kundenzufriedenheitsmessung war bei der FS nicht etwa neu, bereits vor diesem Konzept wurden gewisse Aktivitäten ausgeführt, die zur Gewinnung von Kundenzufriedenheitsdaten führen sollten. In absehbarer Zukunft steht der Firma ein Wachstum von zwei bis drei Mitarbeitenden bevor. Um die Qualität und die Konsequenz der geplanten Messungen einzuhalten, braucht es ein Konzept, das die Handhabung, die Vorgehensweise und die Hilfsmittel definiert und die Umsetzung vorbereit. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, Grundlagen für die spätere Realisierung des KUZU-Systems zu schaffen. Daneben ermöglicht sie mir die Verantwortung für ein internes Projekt zu übernehmen und dieses von Grund auf zu planen, zu steuern und zu erarbeiten. Die Diplomarbeit soll nicht einfach nur eine Arbeit sein, die gemacht wird, damit sie gemacht ist! Dennoch ist ihr Ziel in sich geschlossen und mehr oder weniger unabhängig von dem Gesamtprojekt. Für mich ist die Arbeit mit der Abgabe der Diplomarbeit noch längst nicht abgeschlossen. Vielmehr erhält sie erst dann ihren wirklichen Wert, wenn dank dieser Grundlagenarbeit das ganze Projekt erfolgreich realisiert, eingeführt und abgeschlossen ist.
