Diese Administratoren sind dabei auch f r die Versorgung der Rechner mit der n tigen Software verantwortlich. Sobald ein zu verwaltendes Netzwerk von Computern eine gewisse Gr e erreicht hat, wird die Installation der Rechner schnell zur Qual. W hrend es bei ein paar PCs noch kein gro es Problem darstellt ?mal eben? diese und jene Anwendung zu installieren, wird dies bei gr eren Netzwerken zu einer Mammutaufgabe. Allzu schnell sind die Adminstratoren nur noch dabei von PC zu PC laufen und per Hand die n tige Software zu installieren. Zielsetzung dieser Diplomarbeit ist es, Methoden Verfahren und Tools der Softwareverteilung vorzustellen. Wie der Titel vermuten l sst, soll dabei neben den theoretischen Grundlagen auch die Praxis nicht zu kurz kommen. Die theoretischen und praktischen Ausf hrungen erheben dabei nicht den Anspruch auf Vollst ndigkeit. Die Arbeit m chte dabei die folgende Frage beantworten: Wie kriege ich die Installation von Anwendungen und Rechnern ber das Netzwerk automatisiert und was muss ich daf r tun und beachten?

Nach Abschluss der HTL Elektrotechnik baute er die Sicherheitstechnik, sowie eine 24h/365t Notruf- und Servicezentrale fur einen internationalen Konzern auf und erwarb die Berechtigung fur die Gewerbe Elektrotechnik und Errichtung, Alarmanlagen und das Bewachungsgewerbe. Fuhrungserfahrung in leitender Position in den Bereichen "Facility-/Gebaudemanagement, Elektrotechnik und Sicherheit" in internationalen Technik- und Dienstleistungskonzernen wie ISS, Honeywell, Thyssen Krupp, WISAG, ... in den Regionen DACH & CEE runden sein vielfaltiges Wissen und seine umfangreiche Erfahrung ab. Sein technisch/wirtschaftliches Wissen erganzte er mit einem MBA-Studium. Unter seiner Fuhrung wurde der osterreichische Part mit der Auszeichnung "Winner - European FM Awards 2007, Partners Across Borders," belohnt.
