Your son has a very special piece of your heart, and as a parent, your influence in his life is remarkably special. When you give the precious gift of time and love to your son and prioritize him as an important part of your life, the impact can last for generations. Whether he is a very young infant or a grown adult, the effect of your prayers can alter and change the direction of his life. God can use you, his faithful servant, to be a strong encourager and prayer warrior for your son. Even if your son is far from the Lord right now, prayer with faith is your best and greatest hope. Sometimes in prayer for my son, I find myself saying the same things over and over again. I wanted to write a book that gives some ideas for more varied prayers. This 240 page book is a tangible way to let your son know you are praying for him. The book contains 40 different prayer themes. Each day consists of a short verse and prayer that corresponds to the weekly theme. Throughout the book there are also many opportunities for you to bless your son by writing down personalized notes, thoughts and memories that he can read and reflect upon now or in the future. There are also places for you to include pictures of your choice that you would like your son to keep. If applicable, it is highly recommended that both parents pray together and fill out this book. This book is a prayer legacy book. After you are through, give the book to your son. By taking the time to pray daily for your son you are leaving a strong Christian legacy and a godly inheritance. You are letting him know that you deeply value and care for him and that he is esteemed and loved. There is no greater gift.
