"Your soul will push for changes all your life. These changes help you grow; and, that growth represents the measure of your evolution. Everything is connected, so when you change a tiny aspect of yourself for the better, you give a push to your whole nation. It changes humanity as a whole. That is how powerful you are. Happiness and joy are not possible without progress, and progress is not possible without change. So, choose change, or change what you choose; it is all up to you. You are free to choose and free to change. But don't forget: Only by changing yourself can you change the world."SOUL WORK - Remember who you really are Monica Viglioglia, through her first book, encourages us to find a deeper connection to our soul, therefore to the Source of our existence, to heal from past emotional traumas and ultimately to find a sense of true inner peace and joy.If you are on the path of discovering yourself, looking for personal transformation and change then you found the right book. You will feel like your own problems (depression, anxiety, fear, unsatisfactory relationships, money problems, etc.), are directly addressed, with the otherworldly insight that she has been gifted with, all the guidance and wisdom is provided in a very loving manner directly from Source. The main purpose of this book is to provide inspiration and effective tools to help spread soul awareness and healing that enables change on many levels of the self.
