About The Author

Regina Lahner wurde 1965 in Mönchengladbach geboren. Sie lebt seit ihrem zweiten Lebensjahr im Allgäu und beschäftigte sich schon sehr früh mit Naturheilkunde und gesundheitlichen Themen. Im Jahr 2000 absolvierte sie eine einjährige Ausbildung zur Bachblüten-Beraterin und arbeitete im Anschluss selbständig in den Bereichen Beratung, Ausbildung, Seminar- und Kursleitung. Seit 2005 bietet sie ein zehnmonatiges Fernstudium zum Bachblütenberater an. Im selben Jahr absolvierte sie ihre fundierte Ausbildung Tibetische-Klangschalen-Massage an der Sebastian-Kneipp-Schule in Bad Wörishofen. Als Referentin und Kursleiterin in den Bereichen Bachblüten (Vorträge, Workshops) und Klangschalen (Seminare, Kurse, Ausbildungen, Workshops, Meditationen) war Frau Lahner lange Jahre auch bei zahlreichen südbayerischen Volkshochschulen tätig. 2012 erschien ihr erstes Buch: Klangschalenmassage leicht gemacht, 2013 Meditationen mit Klangschalen leicht gemacht und 2015 folgte Neue Meditationen mit Klangschalen leicht gemacht. Diese 3 Bücher sind inzwischen auch in englischer Sprache erhältlich. 2017 erschien der erste Band aus dieser Reihe: 20 Klangschalen-Meditationen für Sauna und Ruheräume. Seit mehreren Jahren bildet Frau Lahner interessierte Privatpersonen, Firmenangehörige und Mitarbeiter von Massage- und Wellnesseinrichtungen in verschiedenen Intensivseminaren zur Klangschalen-Massage sowie in Klangschalen-Meditation aus.
