Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: 1,3, Universität Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Durch die Ratifizierung der UN- Behindertenrechtskonvention in Deutschland vom 26.03.2009 sollen allen Menschen mit Behinderungen die gleichen Rechte und Chancen zugesprochen werden wie Nichtbehinderten. Das Übereinkommen sichert die gleichberechtige Teilhabe behinderter Menschen und fordert die Einbindung Behinderter in alle Lebensbereiche unserer Gesellschaft. Im Hinblick auf das Bildungssystem soll es demnach Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Behinderung bestmögliche Bildungschancen bieten und Exklusion ausschlie en. Anders ausgedrückt: anstelle einer homogenen Gesellschaft soll Heterogenität als Selbstverständlichkeit angesehen werden und an den Begriff "Pädagogik der Vielfalt" von Prengel (Prengel, 2006) anknüpfen, in der Annahme, dass Gleichberechtigung auf Verschiedenheit abzielen solle. Demzufolge sind also alle Menschen gleich und verschieden zugleich. In der vorliegenden Arbeit setze ich mich mit der gegenwärtigen Situation behinderter Kinder und Jugendlicher in unserer Gesellschaft auseinander. Meine eigene Motivation bezüglich dieser Arbeit war die Frage, wie man behinderten Kindern und Jugendlichen die gleichen Bildungs- und Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten bieten kann und mit welchen Herausforderungen bzw. Hindernissen sie konfrontiert sind. Dabei werde ich zunächst die Aufgaben der Schule darlegen und mich anschlie end den für diese Arbeit relevanten Begrifflichkeiten wie Behinderung, Inklusion und Integration widmen. Anschlie end stelle ich die aktuelle Verwirklichung der inklusiven Bildung vor, thematisiere den Stigmatisierungsbegriff und zeige auf, welche Vorurteile seitens der Gesellschaft behinderte Kinder und Jugendliche bestehen.
