Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kinder und Jugend, Note: 2,0, Universit�t Duisburg-Essen (Sozialwissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Einleitung In meiner Hausarbeit befasse ich mich mit der Frage, inwiefern eine Peer-Group Einflu auf die Sozialisation1 von Jugendlichen aus�bt und in welcher Hinsicht die Familie dabei eine Rolle spielt. Hier flie en nat�rlich mehrere Faktoren mit ein. Aus welchem sozialen Hintergrund kommt der Jugendliche? Wie finden sich Gruppen Gleichaltriger zusammen und welche Umgangsformen pflegen sie? Ebenso stellt sich die Frage, wie dort die Rollenverteilung zwischen den Geschlechtern aussieht. Zu Beginn meiner Arbeit w�hle ich bewusst eine lange Definition, da diese meiner Meinung nach viele Teilaspekte und Probleme, die mit dem Begriff Peer-Group zusammenh�ngen kurz anrei t und einen ersten �berblick �ber das Thema verschafft. �ber diese Definition gelange ich dann zu der Frage, wie funktionieren Peer-Groups und welche Bedeutung haben sie f�r den Jugendlichen? Hier beleuchte ich Aspekte der Motivation aus der Jugendliche sich einer Gruppe anschlie en, und ebenso ihr Verhalten untereinander sowie den Entwicklungsaspekt, der solch einer Gruppe in Bezug auf den einzelnen Jugendlichen zugesprochen wird. Hierbei kommt nun die Frage auf, welche Arten von Jugendgruppen existieren und wie sich der famili�re Hintergrund und das soziale Umfeld auf die Wahl der Jugendgruppe auswirken. F�r die Auswahl der Peer-Group spielen diese eine entscheidende Rolle, denn es ist wahrscheinlich, da die Peer-Group im gleichen sozialen Milieu gesucht wird, in dem der Jugendliche aufgewachsen ist. [...] 1 Sozialisation meint den Proze der Entstehung und Entwicklung der menschlichen Pers�nlichkeit in Abh�ngigkeit von und in Auseinandersetzung mit den sozialen und den dinglich-materiellen Lebensbedingungen, die zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt der historischen Entwicklung einer Gesellschaft existieren.
