Aus diesem Grund wurde und wird diese Kultur vielfältiger Art und Weise analysiert und diskutiert. Die vorliegende Untersuchung versucht nicht, das historische Ägypten zu erforschen oder die touristische Seite Ägyptens darzustellen, sondern sie befasst sich mit der besonderen Thematik des soziokulturellen Wandels im modernen Ägypten. Wenngleich sich Ägypten seit einigen Jahren in einer Transformationsphase befindet, werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit die in diesem Zusammenhang zentralen politischen Ereignisse wie zum Beispiel Wahlen und Demonstrationen etc. nicht Gegenstand der vorliegen Abhandlung sein. Stattdessen stehen im Fokus der Betrachtung bestimmte Wandelfaktoren und -prozesse, die unmittelbaren Einfluss auf das soziale und kulturelle Leben und dessen Wandel in Ägypten hatten bzw. haben. Daher soll diese Arbeit als ein Schritt auf dem Weg zu einem besseren Zusammenleben und einem erfolgreichen Kulturdialog dienen, indem man die Kultur sowie auch die Familien- und Gesellschaftsstrukturen der Anderen, d.h. hier der ÄgypterInnen, besser kennenlernt und versteht. Dadurch ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, bestimmte sowohl politische wie auch soziokulturelle Gegebenheiten und Verhaltensweisen des ägyptischen Volks analysieren zu können. In der Einleitung wird die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Themenwahl, den Aufbau der Arbeit, die Problem- und Fragestellung, das Ziel der Arbeit, den Forschungsstand, den Forschungsgegenstand sowie auf die methodische Herangehenswei
