Gerade die Bildung im Elementarbereich, also den Kindertagesstätten, erfuhr einen Aufschub. Die Forderung nach fühkindlicher Bildung ist seitdem höher als je zuvor. Zudem stellt die Sprachförderung einen Hauptschwerpunkt des Elementarbereichs dar. Auch das Thema "Einwanderung" erfährt aktuell eine gro e Aufmerksamkeit und wird ständig in den Medien behandelt. Die Einwanderungszahlen steigen an. Diese Tatsache wird ebenfalls Auswirkungen auf die Arbeit in Kindertagesstätten haben, denn die Anzahl an Kinder mit Migrationshintergrund wird dadurch bedingt ebenfalls steigen. Die Sprachförderung wird demnach mehr Raum einnehmen müssen, um auch den Kindern mit Migrationshintergrund die Chance auf einen guten Bildungserfolg zu ermöglichen. In der folgenden Ausarbeitung wird zunächst geklärt, wie Sprache im allgemeinen gebildet und erlernt wird, welche "Meilensteine" und Normen festgelegt sind, wie man einen Sprachkenntnisstand erheben kann und was Sprachförderung bedeutet. Ein weiterer Blick wird in die Richtung "Migrationshintergrund" gerichtet. Welche Besonderheiten birgt diese und welchen Einfluss hat das Aufwachsen mit zwei verschiedenen Sprachen auf die Sprachentwicklung eines Kindes?
