This is the fully annotated version of Steam Submarine, containing the four books in the series and all the Dedications, Prefaces, Proloups, Footnotes, Postloups, Appendices & Gematriacal and Linguistic Analyses you could ever wish for. This novel exists on three levels at least: on one level it is a steampunk-influenced alternate history and Melkite Eschatological fantasy about a Welfing in 1930s Ing-Gland, on another level it is a story about the (fictional) author's love for a mysterious marine biologist, whom he saw in a vision before he met her, on another level it is the editor's quest to find out the truth about Robert Denethon & his mysterious 'lady with her head surrounded by stars.'
