Raffaello Leti Messina è nato a Roma nel 1969 ed ha conseguito una Laurea Magistrale in Urbanistica e Pianificazione del Territorio con una specializzazione nella pianificazione energetica del territorio. Ha poi ottenuto il Certificato in Management Strategico presso la Harvard University. Nel 1996 ha cominciato la sua attività professionale come consulente freelance per grandi aziende ed istituzioni internazionali nel campo dell'analisi territoriale e della pianificazione eco-energetica. Nel 2001, in occasione dell'adozione della moneta unica, è stato responsabile, come consulente di Poste Italiane SpA, delle applicazioni di monitoraggio e pianificazione della distribuzione dell'Euro presso circa ventottomila agenzie bancarie e quattordicimila quattrocento uffici postali, nonché della gestione dei relativi dati nei rapporti istituzionali. Ha una vasta esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e nella modellizzazione e ottimizzazione di processi distribuiti. A partire dal 2003 è stato Amministratore Delegato e Amministratore Unico di aziende operanti nel settore della consulenza e dell'innovazione tecnologica e di processo. Attualmente è Amministratore Unico di Consulenze Progetti Sviluppo Srl, MBA Professor of Production Processes & Logistics e MBA Professor of Project Management presso la Link University.
