ROBERT HAAS (geb. 1962) ist seit 1992 als Rechtsanwalt und seit 1997 auch als Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht tätig. Außerdem arbeitet er als Coach, Trainer und (Lehr-)Mediator. Anfang der 2000-er Jahre entwickelte Robert Haas gemeinsam mit einem Team von Konflikt- und Verhaltensforschern das Konzept der systemischen Mediation - eine Methode die inzwischen allgemein anerkannt ist. Als Lehrbeauftragter betreut er die Fachbereiche Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement, Zivil- und Arbeitsrecht und veranstaltet eigene Weiterbildungen mit den Schwerpunkten Konfliktmanagement, Team- und Personalentwicklung und Kommunikations- und Verhandlungstechniken.
