About The Author

Kulaç, Onur: - Onur Kulaç is an assistant professor of political science and public administration at Pamukkale University in Turkey. He received his MPA degree from the University of York (UK) and PhD in Political Science and Public Administration from the Pamukkale University. He has postdoctoral research experience at the University of Pardubice in the Czech Republic. He has been serving as an editor of Journal of Public Administration and Policy. His research interests are public policy and analysis, public administration and policy education, unofficial actors in policymaking process, and decision-making.
