Was in eine Hausapotheke gehört, ist ebenso wichtig wie Haushalts- und Stromtipps. Es wird auch kurz auf das Sparen von Mutter im 2. Weltkrieg eingegangen. Ab Seite 61 kommen wir zum Buch SPAREN IN KRISENZEITEN. Mit einem kleinen Kochkurs beginnen wir. Auch Gerichte mit Fleisch gibt es. Wir sollten sorgsam mit Fleisch umgehen. Natürlich wäre ein Fleischloses-Leben am besten. Aber wenn es sein muss, wird hier auf die Zubereitung eingegangen. Aber bitte, nicht am Fleisch sparen! Gespart werden kann beim Autofahren, natürlich nicht an der Sicherheit, wie Reifen und Bremsen. Zum Sparen gibt es Kontrolllisten und Tanklisten, die Sie ausfüllen können. Danach wird noch einmal auf das Sparen im Haushalt eingegangen. Dazu gehört auch das Gas-, Öl- und Stromsparen. Übrigens hilft ein Haushaltsbuch. Auch dies ist in diesem Buch vorhanden. Sparen, Inflation, Rezession, Krieg... muss das sein? Dass wir alle uns um das Klima kümmern müssen, um das Wohl der Tiere... das ist klar! Aber, dass ein einziger Mann für so viel Ungemach sorgt, das muss wirklich nicht sein. Wir wünschen allen Menschen auf dieser noch schönen Erde alles Gute, gute Gesundheit und Frieden!
