Older brother TJ is adjusting to the changes and challenges of a new baby brother, Toby. It's hard for him to think of things to play with him, because he's just too little and isn't very good at a lot of things. Sometimes Toby even messes things up. Mom is always telling TJ to be careful, to slow down, and to be patient. TJ struggles to figure out what to do and then comes up with a great idea.

Ormiston, Tina: - Tina is the daughter of, Eddie, a U.S. Navy veteran. As a Navy Brat she spent much of her childhood moving from city to city, state to state, and once from country to country. In 5th grade alone, she remembers attending 5 different schools. While the unrelenting moves and changes took a toll on her parents (originally from the Philippines) adjusting to a new country, language, and lifestyle, all the while trying to raise a family, Tina always had built-in best friends in her big sister, Theresa, and little brother, Edward. She channeled the constant change and its accompanying uncertainty into her writing and focused on the "bright side." Tina wrote her first poem when she was 5 years old. As second generation, she believes she has the best of both worlds: the American dream coupled with a strong sense of Filipino culture and tradition. After her family's final move landed them in California, Tina was bit by the acting bug and appeared in numerous instructional videos and commercials including AT&T(c), AOL(c), Taco Bell(c), Sea World(c), CLC(c), and Stamps.com(c). She even nabbed a one-line speaking part in Sweet Valley High(c), which ended up on the cutting room floor. But it was while she was working at KPMG (following her mom and sister's C.P.A. footsteps) that she met the love of her life, Tyler, who just happened to be a C.P.A. too! Tyler reignited Tina's passion for writing as did her two little boys, TJ and Toby, who are not so little anymore. While this is her first book, she has written and published many poems and hopes to share much more with all of you!
