He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Salford, UK. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing at Skyline University College. Previously, he worked as a Senior Enterprise Architect at the University of Sharjah's Computer Centre, where he led the strategic design and implementation of advanced technology solutions to support teaching, research, and administrative functions. Dr. Salloum has a distinguished research portfolio, with numerous publications in reputable journals. He is recognized among the leading computer scientists in the UAE. Research.com ranks him #20 among Leading Computer Scientists in the UAE, and ScholarGPS lists him in the top 0.5% of global specialists in AI and Cybersecurity. Stanford University's reports (2021-2024) include him among the top 2% of scientists worldwide. The AD Scientific Index ranks him among the top 100 scientists in the UAE for 2024, placing him at #13.
