He holds 26 years of teaching and research experience with over 97 research articles in numerous international and national journals, magazines, conference proceedings to his credit and has contributed 9 book chapters. He was honored with the ‘Innovative Potential Project Award’ by the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE) in 2007; ‘Tech-Guru Award’ (2020) by the Gujarat Technological University and ‘IIChE-Lupin Industry's Best Chemical Engineering Teacher Award’ (2021). He is a Fellow of ‘The Institution of Engineers (India)’ and Life member of the organizations IIChE, MRSI, IMS and many more.
