In Tack, young adults will gain a behavioral-based edge in the workplace with respect to: Getting in - They will have a framework to identify and convey their value, embody key behavioral dimensions that employers want to see, win with awesome first impressions, and employ exceptional behavioral-based interview and people skills; Succeeding - They will learn the research about how they were raised, educated, and are perceived by others. They will learn about the workplace landscape with multiple generations and how they can do their part to lessen the expectations gap by employing 20 ways to distinguish themselves from peers, and Influencing others - They will practice versatility by learning how to be more cognitively smarter, clinically insightful and psychologically equipped to deal with people and situations, and communicate more effectively to reach their goals.
