Rivas, Lucas: - Nascido em 1985, em Buenos Aires, Argentina, é treinador de futebol profissional, recebido pela Associação de Treinadores do Futebol Argentino (ATFA). Começou a sua carreira no México, em 2007, em que dirigiu a filial do Club Atlante na 4a Divisão Premier. Ao mesmo tempo, esteve no cargo de Diretor Esportivo das divisões formativa do Club Azteca. No ano seguinte, começou uma longa experiência no Club Atlético Lanús da Argentina. Nele, colaborou com o staff como Coordenador Geral de Futebol Juvenil e foi Ajudante de Campo de Leandro Sime na Quarta Divisão. A partir de 2011, passou a fazer parte da equipe da Primeira Divisão, onde se consolida como Analista Tático. Exerceu essa função até 2015, tornando-se um especialista no futebol argentino e conquistando a Copa Sul-Americana de 2013, com Guillermo Barros Schelotto como DT. Além disso, colaborou com o staff de Marcelo Bielsa, responsável pelo time chileno, com a criação de vídeos e relatórios sobre jogadores do Chile que jogavam em equipes argentinas. Logo, em 2016, Ezequiel Carboni o convocou para ser Assistente Técnico do Time Reserva de Lanús. Um ano depois, em 2017, assumem a equipe da Primeira Divisão. Finalmente, em 2018, acabam dirigindo o Argentinos Juniors. Em 2019, recebeu uma ligação de Javier Sanguinetti, que o convidou a fazer parte de seu corpo técnico, como Ajudante de Campo no Club Sol América de Paraguay.
