Dr. Wills teaches these synchronous online strategies to teachers, K-12 students and a Girl Scout troop of 14 Daisies in grades K and 1. Since the closure of schools due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Theresa offers free daily professional development for teachers which models these strategies. It is through these PDs that a growing network of teachers have learned that they don't need to compromise great pedagogical strategies in their online teaching.
