VITRIOL Publishing, and L.C. Kennedy presents 'The Alchemy Collection: The Works of Urbigerus.' Originally published in 1690 by the great Adept Master Urbigerus with plate illustrations by William Faithorne.

In this first half of this edition is contained his 101 Aphorisms on the Great Work, the Alkahest, and the Grand Elixir of alchemy. The second half contains his cornerstone work on the Circulatum majus, or the philosophical elixir of vegetables.

"Aphorismi Urbigerani, or certain rules, clearly demonstrating the three infallible ways of preparing the GRAND ELIXIR or Circulatum majus of the Philosophers, discovering the Secret of Secrets, and detecting the errors of vulgar chymists in their operations: contained in one hundred and one aphorisms: to which are added, the three ways of preparing the Vegetable Elixir or Circulatum majus: All deduced from never-erring experience. By Baro Urbigerus, a Servant of God in the Kingdom of Nature."

This is Urbigerus' foundational work on the Grand Elixir, the Circulatum majus, and all things adept on the Great Work of alchemy. This edition has been specially prepared, and includes not only an edited, revised & remastered transcript of his foundational works, but also contains a high resolution copy of his original 1690's manuscript in the back of this book.
