The Alchemy of the 5 Elements is a book that teaches about the history of Alchemy and how it applies to the 5 Elements and 5 senses. It includes a imaginative story about the Legend of Beet Brothers as they travel through the Land of the Imagi Nation studying in the College of Alchemy for Plants with the Guardians of each Element and the Nature Spirits related to each of the 5 senses. It includes many poems, charts, games, food recipes and natural body care and household recipes. It also includes a Holistic puzzle, science projects and arts and crafts and charts on Ayurveda and Chinese 5 Elements as well. It has fun and educational information for all ages 2 - 200. It is the first of a series of 15 courses as the Beet Brothers travel the world studying with over 600 plants for teaching the principles of Holistic Health.

Authors Biography Osalina Berman M. H. first began gathering herbs and wild berries at 5 years old in 1958 and studied Nutrition, Herbs, Yoga and Tai Chi at a Montessori School at 15 years old. She received a massage license in 1979 and in 1981 a degree from the Emerson College of Herbology as a Master Herbalist. She studied Holistic Health in many fields from numerous teachers from all over the world. From 1974 - 1976 Osalina lived in a cave almost entirely off wild herbs and fruits and sprouts in a wilderness Valley in Kauai Hawaii. Osalina has had a practice as a Holistic Health practitioner for over 30 years and has two daughters and lives in Tucson Arizona. This Book is a series of 15 Books on the Alchemy of Foods and Herbs and a continuation of "The Legend of the Beet Brothers" as they travel the world interviewing over 500 Trees and Plant friends teaching of their many uses.
