The Alpha's Heirs is a Middle Grade and Young Adult anthropomorphic fantasy, reminiscent of C.S. Lewis' Narnia, and Brian Jacques' Redwall series. It's about heroes and villains, good and evil, war and peace. A story of Family love, accepting responsibilities, overcoming prejudices, and of young love and romance.

For fifteen-hundred years all of the Midlands, both animals and man, had experienced constant turmoil. The Evil One had sown jealousy, distrust, fear, and strife among all creatures. This was especially true between the war-like Badger Clan, and their neighbors, the Wolf Clan. How were the creatures of the Midlands to know this age-old strife was about to end?
A marvelous event was about to take place in the Wolf village of Wapashaw. It would dissolve the strife between Wolves and Badgers. Two wolf pup cousins were about to be born. One, born heir to his father's position as Alpha. The other, a pariah, born to a family of outcast shepherds. The two would become close as brothers.
Both pups had dreams of the future. One dreamed of being an alpha. The other only wanted to have friends, and to earn a name for his family. As they grew to become adults, both would see their dreams come to pass. But not in a way anyone expected.
