The 3rd edition Is leaner and meaner updated for 2021. Caution: if you received the first edition with a gray cover, be sure to return it for a full refund.

The first 60 reviews are for the first two editions. Thank you to all who took the time to write a review. This edition is condensed into a smaller space to use less paper, but it adds 20% more content.
