Crystal Dillard is not a writer by profession, but has become the author of Chloe through her spiritual walk to redemption. Guided by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God, and her past, present, and hopes for the tomorrow, Crystal has taken her walk to womanhood and identified Chloe, in an attempt to keep her spiritual promise to God touch lives continuously.
