Sokol, D. Daniel: - D. Daniel Sokol is Professor of Law at the University of Florida. He focuses his teaching and scholarship on complex business issues from early stage start-ups to large multinational businesses, emphasizing antitrust issues. Sokol has published his work in law reviews, peer review journals in law and economics, books, and the popular press.
