The practice of meditation is becoming increasingly common among people from all walks of life. It is being encouraged in high-level corporate sessions, during coffee breaks, before academic tests and sports competitions. Drawing on the experience of the great masters and contemplative traditions of world religions, The Divine Art of Meditation looks at the benefits of meditation, presents various forms of it and offers suggestions for meditational practices.

'. . . really encouraging on the subject of persevering with one's practice and not expecting perfection. It deals with the Bah' approach to meditation in an appropriate and inspiring manner' . . . 'I would recommend this book to anyone interested in meditation as it offers hope that being able to meditate is really within anyone's grasp.'
