Scott Davis is an award-winning public-school educator with almost 25 years of experience, having worked at both the elementary, middle and the secondary levels. Mr. Davis has been an elementary and a high school teacher; and, an elementary, middle and high school administrator. In this role he has been awarded as an elementary district teacher of the year and received a Friday Night Lights principal of the year award. He holds a BA in Liberal Studies, an MA in Education, and is ABD in a doctoral program in Educational Leadership. He is an International Baccalaureate trained administrator and is also trained in AVID and runs a school that is an AVID site of distinction. He has served on many district level committees, including technology, strategic planning, recruitment, and curriculum council. He has extensive training and has held both clear teaching credentials for both the elementary and secondary levels in two states, along with administrative credentials in two states. He has a history of school management for academic and social success and has lead schools to receive statewide awards for best practices in education. His first love is still the classroom, and he is known to set-up shop in classrooms and team teach with willing teacher partners.
