He has also served as a consultant or historical contributor to The Smithsonian Institution, New York City Archives and The National Archives. Malcolm Kushner, "America's Favorite Humor Consultant," is an internationally acclaimed expert on humor and communication. Since 1982, he has trained thousands of managers, executives and professionals how to gain a competitive edge with humor. His clients include IBM, Bank of America, Aetna, Infosys, American Bar Association and American Medical Association.
